Shail-Satya Foundation is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Unique Registration Number: ABLTS3628JE20251). Every donor receives a formal digital donation receipt with the trust registration number, date, and amount.
Shail-Satya Foundation has applied for 80G registration and approval is currently under process with the Income Tax Department. 80G tax exemptions are currently not available for donors. Every contribution receives an official numbered donation receipt for records. As required by the Income Tax Department, domestic donors must provide a valid PAN during donation.
