PS Futiya Library

PS Futiya was established in 1994 and operates under the Department of Education.
The school is located in a rural area of Chandauli block, Chandauli district, Uttar Pradesh.

It offers education from Grades 1 to 5 and follows a co-educational learning model.
For many children in nearby villages, this school serves as their first formal learning space.

Over the years, teachers have guided students with dedication.
However, access to books beyond textbooks remained limited.

As a result, children had fewer opportunities to explore stories and develop reading habits.
Still, curiosity and eagerness to learn remained strong among students.

Therefore, under the Dosti Kitabon Se campaign, Shail-Satya Foundation established an SSF Library at PS Futiya.

This library brings storybooks and learning material directly into a rural classroom.
As a result, reading now feels engaging and enjoyable for young learners.

Moreover, students now explore books independently and build imagination early.
They also gain confidence as reading becomes part of daily learning.

For ssf libraries, PS Futiya represents a key belief.

Today, the SSF Library serves as a quiet space for curiosity and growth.
