As a non-profit organization, we primarily receive donations and sponsorships that support our various community initiatives such as setting up libraries, providing educational materials, and conducting mental health and awareness programs.

All donations made through our website — www.shailsatyafoundation.org — are non-tangible, non-refundable contributions used solely for charitable and developmental purposes.
We do not ship any physical goods to donors unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Acknowledgement of Donations

Upon successful donation:

  • You will receive an instant confirmation email and digital receipt at your registered email address.

  • This receipt serves as the acknowledgment of your contribution and can be used for record purposes.

3. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)

In certain cases — such as fundraising campaigns involving distribution of books, stationery, or awareness kits — physical items may be dispatched to beneficiaries or contributors.
In such cases:

  • Orders will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the beneficiary’s location and logistics partner availability.

  • We currently ship only within India.
