Which areas does Shail-Satya Foundation work in?
We are based in Varanasi, and our school libraries currently reach children across Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra) and Bihar (Patna, Nalanda, Vaishali). More districts and states are planned.
Is there an education NGO in Varanasi that sets up school libraries?
Yes. Shail-Satya Foundation sets up complete, dedicated libraries in government primary and composite schools through our flagship campaign Dosti Kitabon Se, free of cost to the school.
Do you work in Bihar?
Yes. Dosti Kitabon Se libraries are actively helping students in government schools in Patna, Nalanda, and Vaishali (Hajipur) in Bihar.
Will you expand to other states?
