Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shail-Satya Foundation, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors and supporters.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which donation cancellations and refunds may be processed.
Moreover, our goal is to maintain full transparency and accountability in every contribution we receive.

1. Donations and Contributions

All donations made to Shail-Satya Foundation through
www.shailsatyafoundation.org
are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
However, we understand that errors can occur during online transactions and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Donors who have set up recurring or monthly donations may cancel their contributions at any time.
To do so, please send an email request to
info@shailsatyafoundation.org
with at least 7 working days’ notice before the next scheduled debit.
Furthermore, cancellations will only be effective once confirmed by our finance team.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment or incorrect amount).
• If a technical issue on our payment gateway resulted in an unintentional transaction.
• If the donor’s payment card was charged fraudulently or without authorization.

Nevertheless, the Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on internal verification.
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Transaction and Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway or transaction processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as Razorpay)
are non-refundable.
Therefore, the total refund amount may differ slightly from the original donation amount.

5. Incorrect or Failed Transactions

In the rare event that a donor experiences a failed or incomplete transaction,
we recommend checking your bank account or card statement first.
If the amount has been deducted, please contact us immediately at
info@shailsatyafoundation.org.
We will coordinate with our payment partners to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refunds for Event Registrations or Campaigns

Occasionally, we may organize fundraising events, workshops, or health camps that require registration fees.
In such cases, refunds may be issued only if the event is cancelled by the Foundation.
However, cancellations requested by participants after registration will not be eligible for refunds.

7. Communication and Support

All refund and cancellation-related communications must be sent to our official email address:
info@shailsatyafoundation.org.
Please include your full name, donation amount, transaction ID, and date of payment for faster processing.
Additionally, keep copies of your receipts or confirmation emails for your records.

8. No Cash Refunds

For security reasons, all approved refunds will be processed only via online transfer or reversal to the original payment method.
Therefore, we do not issue refunds in cash, under any circumstances.

9. Policy Updates

Shail-Satya Foundation reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
However, any changes will be updated on this page with a revised date.
Hence, donors are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
